Eat healthy food to remain healthy, don’t be an addict to a particular food. Help your self and go round the six classes of food, stay away from junks.

Most youths eat junks a lot and they avoid good food to try to drink water. Thirst is often confused with hunger or food cravings. 

Most people avoid water and take soft drinks which is bad to the health, water has it own function as well as soft drink and Eat More Protein for consistent growth and on a more serious not distance Yourself From the Cravings most people crave unnecessarily and save money to buy stuff that is not helpful they eat excess junks. 

Plan Your Meals each day don’t skip anyone for breakfast have something light in the afternoon you can take something heavy and dinner should be light before 7 pm though for proper digestion and avoid Getting Extremely Hungry, eat on time don’t wait till you are very hungry before getting something to eat.

Fight Stress in any way don’t get stressed up before you eat. And try to get enough sleep. Junks spoil the health and weaken the immune system when the body gets too sweetened nothing bitter and no healthy food. Avoid junks
