Ex-footballer Mario Balotelli experienced a car accident in Italy, wrecking his Audi after losing control and colliding with a wall near Brescia.
The 33-year-old emerged without serious injuries, lying on the ground until paramedics provided assistance.
Despite his car being described as “destroyed,” Balotelli’s brother, Enock Barwuah, retrieved him after confirming his well-being.
Balotelli, now with Adana Demirspor in Turkey, declined a breathalyser test, as permitted by his club during injury recovery.
This incident coincided with Balotelli expressing a desire to rejoin the Italian national team, despite not having played for them in five years.
