In a recent meeting of the Inter-Party Adversary Council (IPAC) in Ebonyi, Chief Stanley Okoro Emegha, the state Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), commended Governor Chief Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru for his unwavering commitment to accommodating and protecting the interests of other political parties in the state. Emegha noted that unlike previous administrations, Governor Nwifuru appointed a Commissioner to oversee IPAC, emphasizing the importance of political inclusiveness and the safety and welfare of all political parties in Ebonyi.
Emegha urged all political parties to collaborate with the APC for the betterment of the state, as the electioneering period has ended, and it’s now time for governance. He cited the Governor’s significant achievements in less than 200 days as a testament to his dedication.
Hon. Philip Ogbonna Okorie, the Commissioner for Inter-Party Affairs, expressed his appreciation for IPAC’s support during the last election and encouraged continued support for the government, which he said had plans to benefit all political parties in the state. The Commissioner stressed the Governor’s commitment to political peace, stability, and the welfare of all political parties.
The IPAC Chairman in the state, Hon. Earnest Nweze, congratulated the Governor on his election victory and assured him that IPAC, under his leadership, would work to promote peace in the state. Various other party leaders, including those from APGA, ZLP, APP, and NRM, lauded the administration’s steps and pledged their support for the government’s efforts to foster unity and progress in Ebonyi.
