Ikwere elder blasts Wike, says he’s a ‘cursed’ man

Obinwannem News Ikwere elder blasts Wike, says he’s a 'cursed' man

A United States-based Ikwere Elder, Laurence Dunbar Amadi has berated the Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, over his recent claims that Ikwere people are not Igbo.

Amadi disclosed this in a chat with a certain Solomon Iwejuo. He expressed dissatisfaction over Wike’s reactions in recent times. He noted that cursed men do not know their identity, stressing that he (Amadi) is an Igbo man.

Governor Nyesom Wike had earlier denied being of the Igbo origin. Wike maintained that he is from Ikwere, adding that the Ikwere people are far from being Igbo.

Amadi also revealed he is the leader of the Igbo community in Pevas Axis, United States, while his secretary is from Omoku in Rivers State and the deputy is from Onitsha.

He said, “I am Elder Laurence Dunbar Amadi from Woji in ObioAkpor Ikwere land. I live in Texas United States of America and I am the leader of Igbo community at Pevas Axis while my secretary is from Omoku in Rivers State and my deputy is from Onitsha.

“Go to your Bible and read about cursed leaders you will discover that they lost their identities from Jewish clan.

“I listened to Bauchi State governor who said that Fulanis in Senegal, Chad, Mali, Niger, Cameron and Nigeria are one and somebody whose name is #Eze and Nwaike is denying his identity, shame shame on you.

When you are doomed and cursed you play left and right. Wike should speak for his Family, not Ogbakor Ikwere.”
