. Biafrans should honour DOS leadership
The Chief Executive Officer, CEO of Obinwannem Ndigbo Global (ONG) , Mazi Ugwu Okechukwu has urged regional security outfits such as Ekumekwu, Biafra National Guard(BNG), Eastern Security Network, ESN and Niger Delta Militant to rise up to the challenge, solicit for the immediate release of the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Okwu Kanu in order to help Nigeria as well as Biafrans.
The self acclaimed leader and founder of Obinwannem Ndigbo Global and Obinwannem foundation issued this statement Tuesday on Obinwannem Radio while anchoring Igbo global nation show.
Ugwu described Ekwumeku, BNG, ESN and Niger Millitant as “capable and efficient” to handle the release of Nnamdi Kanu, IPOB’s leader who has been in DSS custody for over five months now.
He However said, ‘Nnanyi Igbo’ gave him this message to give to the mentioned group to act fast and protect Biafra land from the impending trafedy that would befall it.
In his words he said, “My father (Nnanyi Igbo), wants me to ask Ekwumekwu, ESN, BNG why would Nnamdi Okwu Kanu spend 2022 in Nigeria prison? This message is not a threat to anybody, but an alarm to this group. This is the time to know how willing you are to defend Biafraland , issue a statement for the release of Nnamdi Kanu from the Nigerian Government to save Nigeria, Biafra before 2022”.
He added that the groups are threat to the enemy of Biafra land urging them to quick to ensure that Nnamdi Kanu will not wallow in detention while they have all it takes to free him.
Relatively, Ugwu who is also freedom fighter also called on Biafrans, Igbo leaders to embrace the leadership of IPOB’s leadership which is the DOS .
According to him, DOS is the bedrock on which the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB is founded and established by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, noting that Kanu in his wisdom advised all Biafrans at home and abroad to start an Indigenous family for the purpose of honesty, truthfulness and transparency to aid in the Biafra struggle .
Ugwu said, ” All leadership in Biafra land should change their lifestyle and always stand for the truth, this is what Nnamdi Kanu is lamenting on, go back to your villages, states, communities and advice your chancellors, senators, traditional leaders who are on social media destroying the structures of our fathers laid by Nnamdi Kanu.
Kanu said, “Wherever you are in the world establish the Indigenous People of your land , if there is no IPOB in your community.
“It is not an Ekwerre affair, it is not an Ijaw affair, it is not an Itsekiri affair, it is an affair of the whole eastern region to be truthful and honest to ve able to address issues in our families and our communities.
“You can start with your family and work as a representative of the Indigenous People of your land and give report of happenings to DOS to know our numbers and to take care of what we have deatroyed ourselves.
“This families represented will give account to the whole world of what we are going through. When we present our matter to the international community they ask us to go and negotiate with our fathers. Our fathers who are killing us dairly, our fathers who have stolen our rights”.
Additionally he urged Biafrans to honour the leadership structure of DOS , noting that the IPOB is under one umbrella of the DOS in mission and direction.
Ugwu affirmed that the job of the DOS is to make sure that Biafrans all over the world are under one command, and also to document everything about IPOB all over the universe.
He also condemned those going against DOS and those using social media to make a mockery of DOS and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu leadership.
