After Wheel Barrow and Head Pans Empowerment, what next?

Obinwannem News After Wheel Barrow and Head Pans Empowerment, what next?

The Nsukka Local government of Enugu has hit the headlines yet again in a move largely criticized by the public as insensitive, some say it’s “a show of shame”

As part of the Youth Empowerment Program, the Chairman of Nsukka Local Government Area, Hon. Mrs Chinwe Ugwu has distributed 50 head pans, 50 shovels, and 20 trowels to women of the council as the government seeks to promote people working in the area of masonry and labour.

Earlier reports covered reactions on the caretaker committee chairman’s empowerment initiatives where 30 wheelbarrows were distributed to labourers and concrete mixers in the Nsukka Local government council in a bid to promote hard work and alleviate poverty among youths.
