The leader of the indigenous people of Biafra Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has made points known regarding the British High Commission to Nigeria, Catriona Laing’s visits to some states in Biafra land.

One amongst the reasons he noted includes that the High Commission has come to congratulate their Fulani Slaves serving as Political officials in the state.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu made this known during his broadcast on Radio Biafra on 6th November 2019.

According to him, “they never came when we were killed, they never came during operation python dances, but has come after my diplomatic moves in Washington few days ago”.

“Catriona Laing have come to congratulate and reward their Slaves in political positions, She has come to see jobs that the Fulani herdsmen are doing for their own satisfaction in our land, which includes killing, maiming, extortions on the multiple road blocks on our roads, subjugation, militarization of our land etc” he added.

Recall that the Catriona Laing had made intentions to visit Imo, Enugu and Anambra from 5th to 7th November known, on reasons that she wanted to engage with government officials and civil society groups the first time she’ll be visiting the region as the British High Commission.

According to her, the Southeast is the cradle of culture and education. However, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in a counter tone remarked these statements to be deceptive.

He, therefore, warned the people of Biafra to beware of such tactical approaches by the high commission who is already on the tour. Stressing that those political officials are nothing less than slave tools used as a divisive means of stopping IPOB in their endeavors to restore Biafra.
