In a move to bolster youth empowerment efforts, the Anambra State government led by Hon. Patrick Agha Mba, Commissioner for Youth Development, met with Hon. Ayodele Olawande, Minister of State For Youth, in Abuja. The aim? To team up on the successful “1 Youth 2 Skills” initiative.
Launched in 2022, this program, championed by Governor Charles Soludo, aims to create 1000 youth millionaires annually in Anambra State while combating unemployment and social vices. Drawing from the renowned Igbo Apprenticeship Model, it’s already empowered 5000 beneficiaries in 2023 alone.
This collaborative effort signals a commitment to President Tinubu’s vision for youth development and promises a brighter, more prosperous future for Nigeria’s youth.
