Tomatoes can be preserved locally without a freezer or adding any artificial preservatives.

Tomatoes are seasonal and can be of a high cost in the market when it is scarce. One may locally preserve it in a high quantity during the season.

Procedures :

Wash the fresh tomatoes and grind properly

Then pour the tomatoes into an airtight container “bottle ” and tighten the cover.

Then, Submerge the filled bottles in water and boil, Don’t worry, it will not break

After boiling, the tomatoes can last for few months before getting spoiled

Note: do not use rubber container while boiling.
