If Obigbo massacre is not avenged, IPOB will cease to exist – Nnamdi Kanu

Obinwannem News If Obigbo massacre is not avenged, IPOB will cease to exist – Nnamdi Kanu

Leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has said that its group will cease to exist if it fails to avenge the onslaught of Obigbo residents by the Nigerian soldiers.

”I tell you this: #Obigbo will NOT be without CONSEQUENCES. It might take months, even years but it will come & it won’t be pretty. Whether the consequences will be judicial or extrajudicial is something I won’t say for now. But come, it will-in the fullness of time. Do not panic, we are coming.” He said.

Recall that the Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike had proscribed IPOB and its activities in the State.

Wike who accused the Biafra group of killing police officers and military personnel during the EndSARS protest, vowed to deal with any member of IPOB caught in the State.

Meanwhile, the Obigbo residents have complained of intimidation, killings and persecution by the military, following a 24-hours curfew placed on the local government by Wike.

Reacting on Wednesday, Kanu said, “If #Obigbo is not avenged, IPOB will cease to exist. Its better for heaven and earth to come to an end than for #ObigboMassacre to be swept under the carpet or erased from our hearts.

”We must remain calm, measured and decisive. I can assure every conscientious being and people of goodwill that #Obigbo will reshape politics in Africa. All our enemies and supporters of evil are being identified and will be dealt with.”
