An anonymous Nigerian individual has criticised President Asiwaju Bola Tinbu and the army forces, agencies, and local governments for their apparent failure to battle corruption and poor governance in the country.
The citizen recommends that the Bank’s Managing Directors (MDs) be investigated and their records checked to identify any political crimes.
The citizen also argues for the government to abandon the habit of supporting and rewarding corrupt politicians and leaders with titles, and instead to step up its attempts to arrest them.
The individual believes that the EFCC must intensify its resolve to bring these criminals to justice and that the federation’s laws must be implemented against them.
The individual also believes that selling the country’s currency should be considered a crime, especially when it is done at certain festivals and ceremonies, which are largely attended by the Hausa tribe. Finally, the citizen contends that the President, as the nation’s leader, bears responsibility for addressing the country’s challenges.
A critical step towards achieving this goal would be to eradicate bad eggs, corrupt politicians, and leaders through Bank MDs and other relevant routes, and hold them accountable for their activities.
