Last weekend in the Premier League provided fans with some of the most entertaining matches you can ever think of as far as football is concerned.
Manchester United got back to winning ways, Chelsea continued with their winning streak, while Manchester City were dismantled at Etihad Stadium.

- David De Gea ‘Manchester United’
Manchester United squared up against Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League on Saturday, 30th October at the Tottenham Stadium. 30-year old De Gea was at the top of his game as he recorded a clean sheet, with United defeating Spurs 3-1. They are now placed 5th on the table with 17 points.
2. Edouard Mendy ‘Chelsea’
The Senegalese star recorded his 6th clean sheet in 9 Premier league appearances for the blues this season, after Chelsea secured a 3-0 victory over Newcastle on Saturday. He currently leads the race for the league’s golden gloves award, with his side now 3 points clear at the top of the EPL table.
3. Aaron Ramsdale ‘Arsenal’
The 23-year old English goalkeeper was spectacular for the Gunners in their match against Leicester City at the King Power Stadium. He made over three astonishing saves to make sure his side claimed a vital 2-0 away win over the Foxes. Arsenal currently occupies the 6th position on the log, after their bad start to the season.
4. Vicente Guaita ‘Crystal Palace’
Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City were shockingly beaten 2-0 by Patrick Vieira’s Crystal Palace at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday. 34-year old Vicente performed impressively while also recording a clean sheet against the reigning champions. Palace are 13th on the table at the moment.
5. Alex MCcarthy ‘Southampton’
The 31-year old was in action against Watford in the EPL on Saturday. He made four saves to rescue an important 1-0 win for Southampton against a side that was virtually better than them. He also registered a clean sheet to mark his 4th in 10 matches this season.
