The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has raised alarm over the “secret execution” of Biafrans by Rivers State Governor, Nyeso Wike, in collusion with the Nigerian Army.
IPOB revealed the abduction of Jewish worshipers, and others in Obigbo town of Rivers State taken for possible slaughter.
IPOB said not less than 1000 persons have been abducted so far by the Army in Obigbo following the executive order of Nyesom Wike, the River State Governor. IPOB further accused the governor, and security forces of killing 500 persons during the State curfew in Obigbo.
This was disclosed by IPOB Media and publicity secretary, Emma Powerful which was released to the press, obtained by Obinwannem news.
The statement reads in part;
“We the global movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) ably led by our great leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, wish to bring to the attention of the world, how the Nigerian government; Gov. Nyesom Wike; and security agencies conspired, and arrested Jewish worshippers praying inside the synagogue, as well as citizens of Obigbo LGA whom they suspected to be IPOB supporters and members, and airlifted them to so many states in the Northern Nigeria for possible execution without trace.
“IPOB intelligence unit discovered how Nigeria Army in collaboration with Gov Wike was picking anybody suspected to be IPOB or supporter of IPOB in Obigbo Rivers State. Our Intelligencer to abatoir where they will slaughter them without the knowledge of the public.
“It is also at our disposal that the Nigeria Government, Gov Wike and the Army slaughtered over 500 innocent people and arrested more than 1000 percent in Obigbo LGA Rivers State during the EndSARS protest in Nigeria.
“We are equally aware of those scattered in so many barracks particularly the 300 innocent youths detained in Obinze army barrack in Imo State and other army barracks in Biafraland. Nigeria government and her partners in crime , the security forces are abducting youths of Biafra from Rivers State and airlifting them to the Boko Haram territories for possible executions.
“We are putting the global community, Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, civil society organizations, the international media the , CNN, BBC, Reuters and others on notice of the caliphate’s plans going on against unarmed and Peaceful people of IPOB at Obigbo Rivers State with the instructions of Gov Wike. The Nigerian Army Headquarters is SECRETLY removing innocent Jewish worshipers and Christians from Biafraland to dungeons in the Islamic Northern part of Nigeria.
“Those spearheading this atrocities should be held accountable for this dastardly act and inhumanity,” IPOB stated.
