David de Gea, Manchester United’s goalkeeper, has spoken out after his team’s devastating loss to Liverpool on Sunday. Liverpool ran riot at Old Trafford on Sunday, embarrassing their fierce rivals 5:0.

Liverpool climbed back into second position in the Premier League as Mohamed Salah scored a hat-trick, with Naby Keita and Diogo Jota also scoring.
This result added to the pressure on United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjear, who has only managed a point in his last four Premier League matches.
De Gea has apologized to fans on social media, saying, “We will not accept this performance.”
“I feel the pain of our supporters,” the Spaniard wrote. “You give everything to the team, and we must do the same.” I adore this club, and this performance will not be tolerated.”
