We are totally in support of IPOB sit at home ― Ohanaeze Ndigbo

Ohanaeze Ndigbo, the apex Igbo Socio-cultural organization, today being Wednesday said they are in total support of IPOB sit-at-home order to all Biafrans in the country and all over the world.

This was made known after a press telephone conversation with the National Publicity Secretary, Barrister Uche Achi Okpaga.

Uche said for the fact that the sit at home is lawful Ohaneze Ndigbo is in total support to it.

In his words, he said;
“If IPOB said so, we are supporting it. They are our children.

We are supporting it since it is not against the law and so far as it is not a violent act. it is obtainable anywhere in the world. So, we are totally in support of it.”

Meanwhile, IPOB has declared 1st October sit at home, this is a protest to send a strong signal to the world on the plight of Biafrans in Nigeria.

However, Biafrans are expecting every activity in Biafra land to be shut down on that day in accordance with the sit at home order by IPOB.
