Obinwannem Nerws VIDEO: Nigerians Protests in Indonesia over negligence by the Nigerian embassy

Hundreds of Nigerians living in Indonesia are currently protesting against the negligence of the Nigerian embassy towards their citizens who are living in the country.

This is coming shortly after an unidentified man from Uli Anambra State in Nigeria, dies as he Jumps down from the ninth floor of a building in Kalapa garden, Nias apartment in Northern Jarkata Indonesia, on Wednesday morning.

The yet to be identified Nigerian was trying to run away from the Indonesian Immigration officers before he met his untimely death.

Also recall that similar incidents have repeatedly taken place in Indonesia for a couple of years, hence many promising Nigerians have died unjustly.

However, the Nigerian High Commissioner to Indonesia and the entire embassy have kept mute over these incidents.

To this effect, Nigerians living in Indonesia have taken it upon themselves to demand justice and fairness.

The protest which started at early Thursday in front of the Nigerian embassy could end in violence as protesters chants “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH”.

Meanwhile, the embassy staff on seeing the crowd shut down the gates and doorways into the building.
