On Monday, January 4, 2021, the Senate of Pennsylvania in an official letter to the majority Senate leader, Mitch Mcconnell and Republican leader Kelvin McCarthy highlighted the irregularities in the electoral process that could alter the position of Biden as the president of the US.

According to the US and Pennsylvania constitution, the balances of power by the three arms of government should be followed and implemented to the latter. The PA legislators have voted that power was taken from them by the executive and judiciary arms respectively and as such, the results are still uncertified.

As a result of the numerous unlawful, violations taken by the Pennsylvania governor, Tom Wolf, secretary of state, Kathy Boockvar, and the rogue state Supreme Court, the balance of power was taken from the state legislature, who by the US and PA Constitution, set the time, place and manner of holding elections, PA Senate said.

It was disclosed in the letter how the state governor Tom wolf refused an independent investigation which is only a clear pointer that the result was maneuvered.

The legislators maintained that the PA state secretary Kathy Boockvar shouldn’t have certified the results having witnessed the inconsistent and questionable activities that came with the elections.

However, the Pennsylvania senators demanded a delay in certification of the electoral college, to allow the due process in the state and more time to be given since the Supreme Court is to hear Trump vs Boockvar in the coming days.
