A truck filled with Fulani men, cows, goats and sheep has reportedly fallen from the Lokoja bridge as they made their way to the South-Eastern part of the country.
There have been waves of such trips by the Fulani to several States in the southern part of the country in recent weeks.
This in defiance of the federal government lockdown order banning interstate travels and crowd gatherings in a bid to prevent further spread of the Coronavirus in the country.
Several such trucks conveying humans and cattle from the North had been intercepted and refused entry by some state governments in the South.
Most recently was the interception of a trailer loaded with cows and 14 Fulani men hidden in between the cows by the governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike who had ordered a total lockdown in the state.
Another truck filled with 123 Fulani herdsmen and 48 motorcycles from Jigawa was intercepted in Lagos in the early hours of Friday following a tip-off by the public
