Resign and apologize to Nigerians, Iteveh tells Buhari

Mr. Iteveh Ekpokpobe, Journalist and a fellow, Institute of Management Consultants, has asked President Muhammadu Buhari to tender his resignation letter and apologize to Nigerians for his failed promises during the election.

Iteveh said All Progressives Congress (APC) under Buhari is incapable of making Nigeria work, he stressed that what Buhari government knows is nothing but increasing the frustration of citizens with unreasonable policies, making actions that adverse to sustainable development and good governance.

He further said Buhari should tender an apology for being a failure to its citizens for promising a direct opposite of his current actions and resign.

According to his speech, “Today, we are witnessing a hike in fuel pump price, a further plunge of Naira’s value, inflation, heightened insecurity, a hike in utility bills.

“Nigerians are facing these plights in the face of a global pandemic that almost incapacitated the world. The decision of the government reeks of insensitivity.

The government has not fulfilled any of its campaign promises made to Nigerians. Buhari should seriously consider his resignation. Nigerians need an apology”, Mr. Iteveh concluded.
