PDP Owerri leaders of thought: Prince Eze Madumere MFR Reaffirms Readiness to win for PDP in Owerri Zone
On the 9th day of May, 2026, former Deputy Governor of Imo State, , was in attendance at the PDP Owerri Leaders of Thought meeting where critical discussions concerning the future and political direction of Owerri Zone were held.
Speaking during the gathering, Prince Eze Madumere MFR boldly reaffirmed his commitment to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), stating clearly that he returned to the party with one mission to win elections and restore strong representation for the people of Owerri Zone.
According to him, if entrusted with the PDP ticket as candidate for Owerri Senatorial Zone, victory for the party is assured. He maintained that he remains one of the most experienced, tested, and trusted political figures from the zone, with a track record that speaks for itself.
Prince Madumere further emphasized that throughout his years in public service from his days as Chief of Staff of Imo State to his tenure as Deputy Governor he was never known as a man who could be pushed around or intimidated.
He described himself as bold, courageous, and fully prepared to stand firm in defending the interests of Owerri people.
He noted that leadership requires courage, experience, and political capacity, qualities he believes he possesses in abundance. He assured party leaders and stakeholders that if given the opportunity to fly the PDP flag for Owerri Senatorial Zone, he would not only secure victory for the party but would also provide quality representation capable of restoring the pride and political relevance of Owerri Zone.
Prince Eze Madumere MFR reiterated that the time has come for PDP to present a candidate with proven strength, political structure, experience, and the ability to win elections convincingly across the zone.
