Three schools have emerged best in the just concluded competitive contest for Students from the 9 Local Government Areas of Owerri Zone who participated during the Yesterday’s one-day Quiz Competition sponsored by a Teen Coach, a motivational speaker, and one of Nigeria’s finest Actors Chief Osita Keneth Iheme (MFR).

According to Onyekachi Ogwurike Secretary, Planning Committee
2019 Osita Iheme Annual Quiz Competition, the Competition Started at about 11 am with about 20 Schools in attendance witnessed spirited efforts by the various contending secondary schools in the Following Areas:
English Language
Mathematics
Biology
Physics
Chemistry
Current Affairs

After the First Round, The Six (6) Schools that progressed to the Second/Final Round include:

Comprehensive Secondary School, Iho, Ikeduru LGA

Enyiogugu Secondary School, Aboh Mbaise LGA

Government Secondary School, Owerri, Owerri Municipal LGA.

Ekwereazu Girls Secondary School, Ahiazu Mbaise LGA.

Dora Nwankiti Juniorate, Inyishi, Ikeduru LGA.

Archdeacon Dennis Junior Seminary, Mbieri, Mbaitoli LGA.

Below are the Performances of the Schools that made it to the final round;

1. Archdeacon Dennis Junior Seminary, Mbieri, Mbaitoli LGA. came 1st Position with 55points
2. Dora Nwankiti Juniorate, Inyishi, Ikeduru LGA. came 2nd with 50point
3. Ekwereazu Girls Secondary School, Ahiazu Mbaise LGA. took 3rd position with 45points
4. Government Secondary School, Owerri, Owerri Municipal LGA. took 4th position with 35points
5. Enyiogugu Secondary School, Aboh Mbaise LGA took 5th position with 30points
6. Comprehensive Secondary School, Iho, Ikeduru LGA came 6th with 25points.

The Best three(3) Schools were rewarded with Cheques of #200,000+White Board, #150,000+White Board and #100,000+ White Board respectively.

Three (3) best Students that were accessed on individual performance received 3 Laptops one for each.

Both Students and their Teachers showered encomium on the Ubomiri born Nollywood Ace for his magnanimity and pray God to replenish him abundantly.
