The Pan Yoruba socio-political group has said that the recent incident of gunshots in the Presidential Villa, Aso Rock, was proof that there’s no one in charge.
Afenifere said that such act could only happen when there’s nobody to call people to order.
Reacting, the Afenifere’s National Publicity Secretary, Yinka Odumakin said on Sunday, “The shoot-out is a fallout of what Professor Wole Soyinka called nobody not being in charge. When there is nobody to call anybody to order, it would come to a point people will be having their way.
”The implication is that different sections of the polity will be settling issues on their own once there is nobody to call people to order.”
Recall, the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on numerous times during his radio broadcasts said that Aso Rock is empty, stressing that nobody has been in control since the demise of late Abba Kyari who brought Jubril from Sudan.
Kanu has also said that the first Lady, Aisha Buhari had taken over, in conjunction with his “younger boyfriend who is now posing as the late President Buhari”.
