Celebrations rocks Obu Gad palace, Anambra State over the launching of Obinwannem Foundation Worldwide today, being Thursday, July 01, 2021.
Obinwannem Foundation Worldwide will emerge in the five states of the Southeast, which include Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, and Imo state.
The founder of Obinwannem Foundation Worldwide, Mazi Ugwu Okechukwu began the foundation in Ukraine. He is assisted by Lolo Obiageli Okafor, officially overseeing Obinwannem foundation in the United States, also the mother of the organization, Nwachineke Virginia Ezenwanyi Ugobe Anyanwu, who reside in Denmark, has also been a great pioneer of this great movement.
Obinwannem Foundation worldwide, in the past two years has raised leaders who hold important positions across the five states, presently residing in various parts of the world.
The flag of Obinwannem consist of red, white and Black, with an inscription of gold star attached to the white.
• Red signifies the blood of Umu Igbo that is shed around the world
• White signifies peace and unity of Umu Igbo worldwide
• The Eye signifies the guidance of the mother earth over Umu Igbo
• The Star signifies the supremacy of Chukwu Okike Abiama over everything
• Black signifies mourning of our lost ones killed unjustly
The primary aim of Obinwannem foundation worldwide is to restore the culture and tradition of Igbo land.Which implies that the following should be upheld
- No more prayers in the name of Jesus Christ ( All prayer must be Na aha Chukwu Okike Abiama)
- No more paying offerings or tax to the churches
- No more white wedding
- No more family confession to church leaders
- No more reading of the Bible in our families
- No more family prayers by church leaders
- No more going to church on Sundays
- No more discrimination with Umu Omenala Nne na Nna gburugburu.
