Obinwannem News IPOB: We have no interest in South-East politics

The younger brother of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) says that the Indigenous People of Biafra is disinterested in the politics of the Southeast region of Nigeria. This is as the Anambra State election 2021 is fast approaching.

Kanu wonders why ‘all of a sudden, Nigerian authorities believe in negotiation’ vis-à-vis his elder brother Kanu and the Biafra cause.

Although lately, IPOB proponents have claimed that authorities in Nigeria now want to negotiate with them, which is expected to culminate in the release of Nnamdi Kanu.
“IPOB have no interest in politics in South East.

zoo media could write whatever thing they want, Eastern Security Network will remain.

Biafrans must be safe in Biafra land.

Free Mazi Nnamdi Kanu,” Kanu wrote on his known Twitter handle on Thursday.

IPOB is seeking independence for ethnic Igbo of the region, and its armed wing Eastern Security Network (ESN) have been blamed for the violence, but IPOB has repudiate the charges.
