THE IPOB IS NNAMDI KANU BEING PR0SECUTED OR P3RS3CUTED
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s attorneys have urged the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court to transfer Kanu’s case to a new judge on behalf of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
This comes two months after Kanu’s oral motion, when Justice Binta Nyako recused herself from the matter. The attorneys stress the importance of a prompt settlement and are requesting an expedited hearing and a new viewpoint.
The attorneys described the wrongs done to Kanu at a World Press Conference and asked if he is being persecuted or prosecuted.
