Obinwannem News IPOB debunks report of police arresting ESN "chief priest" with explosives in Imo

The Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB has reacted to the reports claiming that the Imo state police command arrested ESN “chief priest”, noting that such information is untrue.

According to IPOB, the information is a mere propaganda, and a ploy to implicate the group.

The Imo State Police Commissioner, had said the Chief Priest was arrested with explosives and bombs in Orlu area of Imo State.

Reacting to this, IPOB’s spokesman, Emma’s Powerful, said anybody the police arrest now, is refered to as an ESN member.

Powerful accused the police of linking ESN to criminals because it is “powerless.”

He said, “Police with empty arrest on ESN, nobody arrested ESN anybody Buhari and Fulani police arrested these days is automatically ESN but Fulani terrorists masquerading as herdsmen, Boko Haram terrorists and bandits maming and killing people in all villages are free parading themselves and changing another people’s villages name. IPOB is bigger that is why they are looking for ways to implicate our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB.

“Coward Nigeria police must leave IPOB and ESN alone we are not on the same table with them we don’t intimidate people but Nigeria police does without having second thoughts.

“Imo State Commissioner of Police, Abutu Yaro should stop rubbishing police with propaganda, IPOB is bigger than them.”
