Hoodlums attack #EndSARS protesters in Osun, kills three
Many vehicles in the convoy of Osun State Governor, Adegboyega Oyetola, were damaged following an attack by suspected hoodlums at the scene of the #EndSARS protest in Oshogbo, while three persons were reportedly killed.
Obinwannem news gathered that the protest turned violent after some hoodlums laid siege to the protesters resulting in deaths of death of three persons whose names could not be immediately ascertained.
According to sources, one of the victims died at Ladoke Akintola Teaching Hospital, Osogbo, while a security operative confirmed the death of two others who died at the Old Garage end of Osogbo.
The Osun State Coordinator of the #RevolutionNow Movement, Olawale Bakare, had demanded the immediate arrest and prosecution of a leader of the National Union of Road Transport Workers, identified as Asiri Eniba who he said was responsible for the attacks.
