Hon. Amaka Obi inspects the ongoing construction of 1.3 kilometers of Umuegbu-Ukpaka Ndam Nnobi and praises Chief Agbanari for embracing public-private community partnerships.
The Mayor of Idemili South local government area, Hon. Mrs Amaka Obi (Iyom Ife-Abata), along with councillors and stakeholders, inspected the ongoing construction of the 1.3-kilometer Umuegbu-Ukpaka Ndam Nnobi road and praised Chief Emeka Agbanari (Seaman Group) for embracing public-private community partnership.
During the inspection, Hon. Obi expressed satisfaction with the progress of the project. She remarked that the work quality met the government’s high standards and encouraged the site engineer to maintain them throughout the project. The Council Mayor stated that Chief Agbanari has put smiles on the faces of his people, and they will never forget his wonderful act.
She advised citizens to work with the engineer and safeguard the equipment. She also urged council stakeholders to work with the government to improve their neighborhoods and the council area as a whole.
