The expulsion of Chelsea’s (former) coach, Frank Lampard, has appeared to be justified so far as The Blues cruised past their opponents and defending champion Liverpool FC.

Chelsea fired its legend who served as a coach, a couple of weeks ago, and replaced him with a German, former PSG coach Thomas tuchell.

The new coach has so far gone ten games unbeaten for Chelsea with just three draws and seven winnings.

Thomas tuchell once again showed his coaching prowess on Thursday night as he didn’t give the red side a chance to break through his defence.

Even with the duo of Mane and Salah, the Anfield team could not do anything special.

But, Mason Mount stole the show for Chelsea after netting a great strike that rendered Allison Becker helpless and the result was a 1:0 lead for Chelsea. Mount’s goal came on the 42nd minute a little before the half time break.

Both teams could not find the back of the net in the second half which resulted to a big defeat at Anfield for ‘The Reds’.

The defending champions has now lost five games consecutively on their home ground for the first time in history.

Meanwhile Chelsea football club has slowly climbed from the 9th position on the time since the arrival of Thomas tuchell to the 4th position with their win over Liverpool on Thursday night.

Liverpool are now four points below Chelsea with Manchester city , Manchester United and Leicester city toping the table.
