Reno Omokri the former aid to President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, had said that Buhari administration officially justified corruption in Nigeria.

Reno Omokri said this during an interview on Channels TV ”Sunday Politics” program when questioned about the recent high profile arrest of Internet scammer, Raymond Abbas, aka Hushpuppi.

Omokri said that some mistakes have been made in the previous government, but admitted that the Buhari-led administration is far worse and hopeless.

According to Omokri’s statement ;
“When you compare this administration with former President Jonathan’s government or Yaradua’s government, yes, there was some corruption there, it’s a human government but the difference between that government and this government is that under Jonathan there was corruption, in this administration, corruption is official,”

Reacting to the arrest of Hushpuppi, Omokri said, “this current administration is not giving youths a good example to follow, he said Hushpuppi criminality is not known when PDP was in power, rather Hushpuppi was exhibiting what Nigeria current leader is teaching them. He added.
