The Police stated, IPOB regalias was found in his vehicle and thus, will be charged for terrorism and perhaps other frivolous charges.

As this report is being filed, IPOB Legal representative is leaving State CID, to legally represent him in Court.

NB: The matter in Federal High Court for Biafra 4, did not take place, as the court did not sit.
