Breaking News: Nigerian Judiciary Halts as Judges Refuse to Hear Nnamdi Kanu’s Case

The Nigerian justice system is in a huge crisis. Judges around the country have declined to hear the case of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). They contend that his return to Nigeria was illegal, and thus they lack the right to pursue the case.

A credible source claimed that few, if any, judges are willing to take on the case. One judge noted that Kanu has already garnered significant support before the trial even begins. Another said, “The military stormed his house, giving him reason to flee.” The government violated its own laws and now expects us to fix their mistake at the risk of our reputation.”

A third judge recommended a daring solution: “It would be preferable to return him to Kenya, where he was arrested. Keeping him in captivity simply makes him a hero that they want to avoid. ” He has already won, and no court decision will change that.”

The legal system is at a halt as judges take a step back. This impasse raises major concerns about justice and accountability in Nigeria.
They’re panicking.
