Breaking News Edo governorship election: INEC declares Obaseki of PDP winner
Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has declared the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Obaseki who happen to be the current governor of Edo state, winner of the states gubernatorial election which was conducted on Saturday, 19th September, 2020.
After collating results of eighteen local governments in the Edo state, INEC concluded that Obaseki won the gubernatorial election.
INEC’s Returning Officer, Prof. Akpofure Rim-Rukeh, announced the result after he collected the total result of the election.
