According to early reports by news house SaharaReporters on Monday, Mr Kyari has been serious “down” since returning from a trip abroad.

The Commander of Staff to the Presidency is said to be very ill and showing symptoms of the novel virus COVID19.

The man who had just returned to the country this week was said to have visited two countries with many cases of the Coronavirus, Germany and Egypt. Egypt has 327 confirmed cases of Coronavirus and 14 deaths while Germany has 29,056 cases with as many as 123 deaths recorded so far.

Reports have it that Mr Kyari since return has been engaged in government business and interacting with the ministers and other government officials in the federal executive council and the Electricity Regulatory Commission.

All this in the wake of a leaked memo to the National Assembly signed by Mr Kyari who advised Legislators returning from oversea trips to submit themselves for Coronavirus tests.

So far, Nigeria has recorded 36 confirmed cases of the Coronavirus and 1 death in Abuja of Suleiman Achimugu, a former Managing Director of Pipelines and Products Marketing subsidiary of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation.
