ATA VS MNU: Manchester United Strongest XI Featuring Ronaldo & Amp; Cavani In Attack To Face Atalanta

Obinwannem News ATA VS MNU: Manchester United Strongest XI Featuring Ronaldo & Cavani In Attack To Face Atalanta

Manchester United will be looking to extend their winning streak when they travel to Italy to face Atalanta in a crucial Champions League match.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s heroic performance helped the Red Devils come back from a two-goal deficit to defeat Atalanta 3-2 in the first leg.

However, Manchester United will not be playing at home this time, and I expect the game to be difficult for them.

To avoid defeat on Tuesdays, I would advise Ole Gunnar to stick with the 3-5-2 formation he used against Tottenham on Saturday. Here is my strongest lineup to face Atalanta on Tuesday;

De Gea should remain in goal following his impressive performance against Tottenham.

Varane’s return from injury appears to have improved United’s form. He, Marguire, and Lindelof all performed admirably against Tottenham and should undoubtedly be retained in the starting XI against Atalanta.

Wan-Bissaka and Luke Shaw should akso remain as United’s right wing back and left wing back, respectively, for the game on Tuesday.

Pogba is expected to return to the starting lineup for the game on Tuesday. Due to a red card, he was unable to play in Tottenham’s game.

He should start as a defensive midfielder alongside Fred, while Bruno Fernandes plays as the attacking midfielder. This trio, in my opinion, would perform admirably well against Atalanta.

In my opinion, Ole Gunnar should maintain Ronaldo and Cavani as his two strikers for Tuesday’s game.

The partnership between the two on Saturday was fantastic to watch, and I believe they would wreak havoc on the Atalanta defense in the same way they did to Tottenham.

Manchester United strongest lineup ‘3-5-2’: De Gea; Varane, Maguire, Lindelof; Luke shaw, Pogba, Bruno, Fred, Wan Bissaka; Cristiano Ronaldo, Cavani;
