Nigerian socio-political activist Aisha Yesufu, has vindicated the assertions of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu that “Nigeria is a zoo”.
The co-convener of the ‘Bring Back Our Girls’ Movement in a series of tweets Monday, stated that Nigeria is “worse” than a zoo.
Worthy of note is that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has always addressed the Nigerian State as a zoo, going by all that has been happening in the country.
Also, on various cases, Nnamdi Kanu has been critized, pitched and insulted for referring to Nigeria as a zoo.
In the back up of Kanu’s belief, Aisha described Nigeria as a jungle, stressing that indiscriminate killings only happen in a jungle.
“Calling Nigeria a zoo is actually a compliment. It is worse. Killings don’t happen in zoos indiscriminately.
“It is more like a jungle but then killings in jungles is for a purpose. Nigeria is in a category of itself where killings happen indiscriminately with no purpose,” she tweeted.
In reaction, Nnamdi Kanu commended the guru for acknowledging the truth, adding that it would serve as an inspiration to those relentlessly fighting for the solution of Nigeria.
“Thank you, @AishaYesufu. Thank you, @SavvyRinu. Your epic acknowledgement that Nigeria is a ZOO is an inspiration to those that labor in seeking sensible & lasting solutions to Nigeria. #Biafra. #ESN.” Nnamdi Kanu said.
