The leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has recounted the September 14th killings that happened in his house three years ago.

Recall that over 28 people were killed by a team of combined security men of Nigeria between September 10th and 14th at the home of the Biafran leader, Afara-Ukwu Ibeku, Umuahia, Abia State in 2017.

This after the federal government declared the operation python dance 2 exercise carried out by the Nigerian Army.

Remembering the 28 IPOB members including his niece and dog that met untimely deaths at the hands of the Nigerian military in his house, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu promised to ensure that their deaths were not in vain.

He said: “On this day in 2017, men died in my compound in Umuahia. Before that, on the 13th of September 2017 at Isiala Ngwa, Fulani soldiers killed and disappeared dozens of people on their way to my house.

“28 brave men died in defense of freedom in my compound, in defense of #Biafra. With them, my precious niece.

“I mourn all of you today as I mourn you always. #IPOB mourns you; Biafra mourns you; your spilled blood will not be in vain.

“Our enemies are only now beginning to feel our wrath and very soon, so shall traitors and Efulefus too. For your sake we will never stop until the freedom you all died for is achieved.
