Reports say an a14-year-old girl has died after she was raped by one Ifeanyi Osuji, a 22-year-old suspected internet fraudster, in Agbahara-Nsu community in the Ehime Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State
A family source said the news came after the mother of the suspect unlocked a room and found the dead body of little Amarachi lying lifeless.
The incident had led to a Monday morning protest by the community youths who razed the house of the suspect who is said to have escaped.
Command’s spokesman, Micheal Abattam, confirmed the incident and said an investigation had commenced into the sad event.
